Hello,

we are ARNIO.

We work every day to ensure that new and existing products can be manufactured using less energy and fewer materials. This is achieved through lightweight construction, the use of sustainable materials, and process optimization via digitalization, among other measures. To this end, we are committed to research and development. Together with our partners, we are working on optimized components for industrial manufacturing processes and in the caravan sector, among other areas.

INSPIRING OBJECTS

From Manufacturer to Product Developer

ARNIO GmbH is a spin-off from the ARNELL | Arno Hentschel GmbH – a company that has been providing metalworking services in Upper Lusatia (Saxony) for over 80 years and specializes in the manufacture of fasteners. Thomas Scholz, who took over ARNELL in 2015, has positioned the company for the future through his interest in new manufacturing methods and agile processes, and has opened up new areas of business—particularly in customized Tooling for Bihler punch-and-bend machines and in the development of products with a short time-to-market. These capabilities are now consolidated at ARNIO.

Our Mission

Step by step, we at ARNIO are paving the way toward a circular economy. For a sustainable economy in harmony with our resources.

Corporate culture

Creative Exchange

Our mission is to contribute to the circular economy through innovative approaches and the use of eco-friendly materials. We foster an open and creative corporate culture where every voice counts and sustainable action is central. We also aim to manage the resources of all our employees sustainably: We use agile organizational structures, have a flat hierarchy, and work together to shape our work environment according to our needs. Regular dialogue with one another is a key pillar of our collaboration. We also engage in intensive dialogue with others in our industry—for example, as members of the Netzwerk Building 3D.

our core topics

Development and Design

Our work involves the development and design of products, equipment, systems, and processes. This includes conceptual design, the preparation of plans and specifications, and the creation of prototypes and test models.

Analysis and Optimization

As engineers, we analyze existing systems or processes to identify weaknesses and propose improvements. We use data sets, mathematical models, and simulations to find creative solutions that optimize performance and increase efficiency.

Use of Technology

We leverage advances in science and technology to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. This may involve the use of new materials, agile methodologies, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and other technologies.

Interdisciplinary collaboration

In many cases, complex projects require collaboration among engineers from various disciplines, as well as scientists, technicians, designers, and other specialists. Interdisciplinary collaboration is crucial to the success of many engineering projects.

Ethics and Sustainability

We adhere to ethical principles and standards, and take environmental and social impacts into account when developing solutions. Sustainability plays an important role in our work, as we are all affected by the impacts on the environment and society.
